Wuling Resmikan Fasilitas Produksi Magic Battery di Cikarang

Proses produksi baterai MAGIC dilakukan melalui lima tahap, yang dirancang untuk memastikan efisiensi dan kualitas terbaik.
Dimulai dengan Cell Stacking Station untuk merapikan dan menyusun komponen baterai ke dalam rumah baterai, kemudian dilanjutkan ke Welding Station yang menggunakan teknologi robotik untuk menghubungkan sel baterai dan kabel dengan presisi tinggi.
Tahap berikutnya adalah Front Pack Station, di mana cangkang atas baterai dipasang dan dikencangkan.
Setelah itu, baterai akan diuji di Charging Station untuk memastikan kinerja dan keamanan selama proses pengisian dan pelepasan daya.
Proses pengelasan di Welding Station menggunakan dua stasiun kerja Utama, yakni Busbar Welding dan Collecting Wire Harness Welding.
